Eatblue.com was started in the Spring of 2006 by two freshmen students at the University of Michigan, Matthew Lerner and Nick Farinella. After observing the frustration of students campus wide regarding a lack of organization and options with food ordering, the two brainstormed to figure out a way to remedy this problem. What resulted was an interactive, user friendly data base which includes menus, phone numbers, addresses, and hours of operation for Ann Arbor's favorite eateries and bars. Through hard work, extensive research, data composition, and business negotiations, Matt and Nick were able to make their dream a reality. Eatblue.com was introduced and in the process, students, faculty, and Ann Arbor residents breathed a collectively sigh of relief as their eating (and drinking) woes were brought to an end. With features such as online ordering, food specials, and coupon deals, the site is packed with ways to make the Eatblue.com experience as easy, cheap, and enjoyable as possible. Thank you to everyone who has visited the site, we are excited to serve the Ann Arbor community and provide a fantastic resource for all your dining needs!
